Cancellation and Refund Policy
Multibot uses straightforward monthly billing with self-service cancellation and no hidden trial conversion.
Effective August 18, 2026
Monthly subscription
New accounts are billed $50 USD each month through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically on the billing date shown in Checkout and the billing portal until it is canceled. Accounts that already existed when paid access returned on August 18, 2026 retain complimentary access and are not billed for it.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available through that date unless the account is suspended for fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or a material breach of the Terms of Service.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins because access is made available immediately. Multibot does not provide prorated refunds for unused time, device incompatibility that contradicts published requirements, third-party platform changes, or a decision to stop using the service.
Billing mistakes and service failures
Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged after timely cancellation, or could not access Multibot because of a verified service-side billing error. Eligible corrections or refunds are evaluated individually and issued to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights required by applicable law.
Charge disputes
Please contact support before filing a card dispute so billing errors can be investigated quickly. This request does not waive any right you have through your card issuer or applicable law.
How to request help
Include the email used for Multibot, the approximate charge date, and a short description. Never send a full card number, password, recovery code, game credential, or authentication token.
