Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Multibot software, mobile controller, website, subscription features, and related support.
Effective August 18, 2026
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least eighteen, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use Multibot and each supported third-party service in your location. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Multibot is independent desktop automation software with a mobile command center. It does not operate a casino, accept wagers, hold gaming funds, determine game outcomes, or award prizes. Supported platforms, games, and functionality may change for security, reliability, compatibility, or legal reasons.
3. Third-party services
You are responsible for your accounts and compliance with the rules, terms, geographic restrictions, and technical requirements of every third-party service you use. Multibot is not affiliated with or endorsed by supported operators. Access to a third-party service may change or end without notice, and Multibot does not guarantee continued compatibility.
4. Subscription and billing
For new accounts, Multibot costs $50 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. Accounts that already existed when paid access returned on August 18, 2026 retain complimentary access unless disabled for fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Stripe processes payment information. Subscribers authorize recurring charges, applicable taxes, and billing communications. Paid access begins only after subscription state is confirmed by Multibot's billing service.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel through the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless law requires otherwise. Deleting or abandoning the app does not cancel the subscription.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Multibot unlawfully; bypass account or subscription controls; share, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute the service except where law expressly permits; probe or disrupt its systems; upload malicious content; infringe another person's rights; misrepresent affiliation; or use another person's account or credentials without authorization.
7. Account security
You are responsible for protecting account factors, devices, third-party credentials, and recovery methods. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Multibot may suspend access when needed to investigate abuse, protect users, meet legal obligations, or prevent harm.
8. No earnings or outcome guarantee
Multibot does not guarantee winnings, returns, playthrough completion, availability, profitability, or any particular financial or game outcome. Automation can lose funds and may fail because of network, platform, game, browser, account, or provider changes. You retain full responsibility for limits, balances, decisions, and losses.
9. Updates and availability
Updates may be required for continued access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, or security events. Features may be changed or retired when reasonably necessary.
10. Intellectual property
Multibot and its original software, design, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service while your account has an active subscription or complimentary access.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multibot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; account action by third parties; game losses; or service interruption. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Multibot during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes and termination
Terms may be updated for product, legal, or security changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time; provisions that logically survive termination will remain in effect.
